This center can be used by individuals or groups for civic activities, volunteer activities, or group activities.
Companies can use the rooms for non-profit meetings or training.
Activities can not make a money, such as business reason.

 3. Business Hour

   Open Hours:

   ·        Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat: 10:00–21:00 (Closed on national holidays? → Same hours.)

   ·        Sun: 10:00–17:00

  

  Closed Days:

   ·        Tuesday

   ·        December 29 – January 4

 

For noisy activities (such as music, singing, etc.):

·        Meeting Room 1 → OK until 21:00

·        Meeting Room 2 / Japanese room → OK until 18:00


4. How to Apply

 

  1. Register before using.Individuals and groups: Fill out a user registration form.
  1. Before using the room, visit the office for filling out the application form, and paying in cash.

6Rules for Use

 

  1. Please bring your permit (permission slip) when you come.
  2. Eating and drinking is not allowed. Please take your trash home.
  3. There is no parking. There is a bicycle and motorcycle parking area.
  4. The entire building is non-smoking.
